If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a LIGHT monster, you can treat this card as an Equip Spell Card and equip it to 1 monster you control. The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle with a Level 5 or higher monster. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you can decrease the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster by 500 to add 1 Level 3 or lower LIGHT monster from your Deck to your hand. The whole Union vs. Effect arguement throws me off though because all honesty, I have yet to know what Union Monsters exactly are... haha. Anyways 10/10 good job. Look forward to seeing future cards. I think since it has a partially hard summoning condition, you should be able to add a Level 4 or lower LIGHT monster. But it's your card. Do what you feel. 10/10. Rather than the alternative, being a spellcaster. @ prototype: I think I will keep it level 3 or lower monsters, I'd rather it being a little UP if anything.
