I don't really know what to say about it, but it's a really useful effect. I give it a 8.7/10. Find a better image, and it would be higher. The facts that it's only special summoned monsters and only to your opponent's hand are limits enough. The apostrophe should be on "owner's"--not "its". Prodego might as well be a normal trap card.
