I was bored, so I felt like making a card with an extra-long effect. Enjoy;

[spoiler= Effect:]This card cannot be destroyed by Spell Card Effects. Each time your opponent activates a Spell Card, place 1 counter on this card. For each counter on this card, Special Summon 1 "Primero" Token (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 3/ATK 1400/DEF 800) in face-up Attack Position. "Primero" Tokens you control cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. For each token you control, increase this card's ATK by 200. When a "Primero" Token you control is destroyed by battle, Special Summon 1 "Secondo" Token (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 3/ATK 800/DEF 1600) in face-up Defense Position. "Secondo" Tokens you control cannot be sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon. If a "Secondo" Token is removed from the field, remove 1 counter from this card. When your opponent activates a Monster Card Effect, you can remove 1 counter from this card to negate the activation of that card and return it to it's owner's hand. When there are no counters on this card, destroy all tokens you control.

Some wording errors in the card.

1) This card cannot be destroyed by the effect(s) of Spell Cards.

2) Tokens can't be sent to the Graveyard so your statement there is incorrect. You can simply say that "Secondo" Tokens you control cannot be used for a Synchro Summon. I'm not sure why you bother the "you control" clause but I guess it'll allow your opponent to brain control a token and synchro it. Seems kind of unnecessary to me.

3) return to its owner's hand.

Careful with long unnecessary effects as it could make your card overpowered or have people scratching their head as to why you included unnecessary effects.

If you make the counters, Spell Counters you'll have more synergies with the current Spell Counter support cards.

The Primero Tokens are too easy to summon and are great synchro fodder being level 3's. I think the only downside to them is the fact they are sitting targets for Gladiator Beasts to trigger their effects.

Secondo Tokens can be Tributed for Tribute Summons and are again easy to summon. You are basically generating too much field advantage with this card, which can prevent OTK strategies but can also fuel OTK strategies as well. This card is a one person army with those token generation abilities and negation effects.

The negation effect is to potent especially since the counter generation is too easy. You have too many effects here that make this card ridiculous on multiple aspects. Card requires more thought in balancing. The idea is somewhat original but leaves room for abuse.

Thanks for the detailed review! The only point I disagree with is the fix for the opening sentence; I believe either way is correct. I'll try fixing the rest to the best of my abilities, and will consider changing the counters to Spell Counters. I made this card fairly quickly and was worried about balancing issues, so thanks for pointing them out.
