Manta Ray Cards (OCG Help Needed!!)

Three cards based on Manta Rays. I need OCG help on all three because the parts of the effects involving the Manta Counters just don't sound right.

Effect: This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

- Put up to 6 Manta Counters in any combination on monsters on your opponent's side of the field. (If a monster with a Manta Counter battles a Fish-Type monster, it loses 250 ATK and DEF for each Manta Counter during damage calculation only.)

Effect: During each of your End Phases, put 1 Manta Counter on this card. This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for every Manta Counter on it. If this card is used as a Synchro Material Monster, and the number of Manta Counters on this card are equal to the Level of the Synchro Monster minus the level of this card, you can Synchro Summon the Synchro Monster without a non-Tuner monster.

Effect: 1 Fish-Type Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all cards on the field. Put 1 Manta Counter on this card for every card destroyed by this effect. During each of your End Phases, put 1 Manta Counter on this card. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can remove a number Manta Counters to Tribute Summon a monster with a number of Level Stars equal to the number of removed Manta Counters.
