Clip mask the splatters.

If you don't know how to then I'll give you a small tut.

Hide the splatter brush by clicking the eye icon. Copy visible & paste as > new layer. un-hide the splatter. Right click on the splatter brush & "Add to alpha selection" then move the copy visible layer around. Then go to selection, invert then go to edit & click clear. BAM!. Then go to selection & non. YOU CLIPPED MASK!!!!!11!!ONE!!1!

Change the text, lower the opacity of the splatters, and maybe add something so it doesn't look so boring.

I would've used more of the stock (resized it smaller, and used a bigger size), and maybe added some fractals.

The b/w is good tho.

When you said splatter brush do you mean the layer? And when you said move the copy visible layer around what do you mean by that?

How isn't it? I learned it from one of Meti's Tuts.

If you are using GIMP, then yeah, the clipping mask should work..

If you are using Photoshop, then no...it didn't work. I recently learned that the method of Clipping Masks on GIMP doesn't have the same kind of effect as it does on Photoshop. Apparently you have to use a different method, one I have not learned yet.

However, this is a gyft, so I really see no point in CnCing.
