Hurricane Sword Primary Finisher: RIDER SLASH - Turns the inner handle of his weapon 180° and announcing "RIDER SLASH!!!", then a tachyon charge surges from the Zecter to the weapon.

 

Kaiser Form Primary Finisher: KAISER KICK- Presses the central interface on the his Zecter and announcing "KAISER KICK!!!", then a tachyon charge surges from the Zecter to the right foot.

Henshin Belt: A basic Rider belt.

 

De Daggger: His basic weapon.

 

Iron Chain: A ball&chain only accessable through Iron Chain Mode.

 

Fire Blaster: A gun that shoots balls of fire only accessable through Fire Blaster Mode.

 

Hurricane Sword: A sword that has an abillity to manipulate the wind, only accessable through Hurricane Sword Mode.

 

De Sword: A full length version of De Dagger only accessable through Kaiser Form.

De Sword, Bow Mode: In this mode the De Sword can shoot laser arrows.

To access each mode there is a special weapon card:

Iron Chain, Fire Blaster, Hurricane Sword,

Also there are three upgrade cards:

Mega Tonne, Static Blaster, Ice Shard(s),

The upgrade cards increase the weapons power:

Mega Tonne makes the attacks bigger,

Static Blaster makes the attacks electrical,

Ice Shard(s) give the attacks an ice motif,

 

Each card represents an element:

Iron Chain = Metal

Fire Blaster = Fire

Hurricane Sword = Wind

Mega Tonne = Earth

Static Blaster = Electricty

Ice Shard(s) = Ice

 

To activate a mode card he swipes it in front of the coloured bar on his chest, to activate the upgrade cards he slots them into the handle of the weapon.

 

To activate his Kaiser Form he swipes all six cards at once.

 

His name is pronounced De-e.

Hyper Cast-Off System: Pushing the Red central interface.

Hyper Cast-Off Announcement: "CHANGE HYPER RIDER!!!"

Primary Finisher: MAXIMUM RIDER POWER >>> HYPER KICK - Presses the silver button (opposite the green button) on the his Zecter and announcing "HYPER RIDER KICK!!!", which begins a continuous absorption of sub-space tachyon particles via the Tachyon Fractor, doubling his power. Initiating the Hyper Rider Kick Attack, the tachyon flow is redirected down to the Hyper Step on the right foot allowing him to execute the 'Hyper' Kick - a traditional flying-kick attack.

 

 

 

 

[spoiler=Equipment Stats:]

Henshin Belt: A basic Rider belt, which is used in synch with the Sheld Zecter.

 

Sheld Gunner: The Sheld Gunner has three modes.

Masked Mode: It has armour similar to Kamen Rider Sheld's masked form. It's attack is called "SHELD SHOT"

Riding Mode: Is activated when Sheld changes to Rider Form, it is more powerful than Masked mode. It's attack is called "RIDING SHOT"

Hyper Mode: Is activated when Sheld changes to Hyper Form, it is more powerful than Riding mode. It's attack is called "HYPER SHOT"

 

Hyper Phase (Sword): Can only be activated in Sheld's Hyper Forme, from the gold central interface appears the handle, then the saber is activated first as light, whcih then solidifies in a way of sorts.

Maksed Forme Primary Finisher: RIDER PUNCH - Presses the silver button (opposite the green button) on the his Zecter and announcing "RIDER PUNCH!!!", then a tachyon charge surges from the Zecter to the right hand.

 

Tachyon Shield: Can only be used in Masked Forme, it is activated by pressing the green button on the Zecter. His Zecter obsorbs Tachyon particles the realigns them into a semi-spherical shield front which last for 4 seconds.

 

Tachyon Wave: Can only be used in Hyper Forme, it is activated by pressing the green button on the Zecter. His Zecter obsorbs Tachyon particles the redirects them to his right hand, then by touching the ground with his hand outstretched the Tachyon particles are released in a wave which spreads out in a 50m radius circle.

Animal: Screech Owl

Winger Primary Finisher: RIDER FAN-TANA - Pushes the button on top of the zecter's head and announcing "RIDER FAN-TANA!", then a tachyon charge surges from the Zecter to the Sword on his Fan.

 

 

 

 

 

[spoiler=Equipment Stats:]

Henshin Morpher-Belt: The Zecter flies in and then folds into a sort of morpher then by pushing the button on the top of it's head it activates Henshin.

 

Winger Fan: The qautercircular fan, is made of metal and can be used in a way like a sword.

Winger Fan Full Mode: The full circular fan.

 

Fan-Tana: Only accessable via Kamen Rider Dark Winger/Screechat.
