"Cosmic Power Dragon" + "Cosmic Decoy"

When this card is successfully Fusion Summoned, Special Summon 1 "Cosmic Larva Token" (Dragon-Type/ DARK/ Level 4/ ATK 0/ DEF 0). Each time a "Cosmic" monster is Special Summoned, add 1 Spell Counter to this card. For each Spell Counter on this card, increase this card's ATK by 200. By removing 2 Spell Counter from this card, you may Special Summon 1 "Cosmic Larva Token". The controller of this card selects the target of their opponent's attacks.

Lore:This card only can be Special Summoned by removing an Warrior-type monster from your graveyard or tributing an Equipment Spell from your hand or deck. At each players' Stanby Phase, add 1 Forge-Counter in this card ( Add 2 Forge-Counters bu tributing a Rock-type monster from your hand or fueld). At the fifth Forge-Counter, search in your deck by a Euipment Spell and re-shuffle it. Equip a monster in your field with the Euipment Spell.

Card Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 WIND Warrior-Type monsters you control while you have 4000 or less Life Points or by it's own effect. When this card is Special Summoned, place 3 Wound Counters on it (max. 5). Decrease this monster's ATK by 200 points for each Wound Counter on it. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can pay 800 Life Points to remove 1 Wound Counter from this card. If this card is selected as an attack target, you can place 1 Wound Counter on it to negate the attack and end your opponent's Battle Phase. When this card has 5 Wound Counters on it, remove it from play. Once per turn, while this card is removed from play, you can remove from play 4 WIND monsters in your Graveyard to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position with 2 Wound Counters on it. This effect can only be activated while your Life Points are 2000 or less.

You do know that the first option in the poll says "7 would be eliminated in the first round, and 6 in the second".

 

Meaning that all players would be eliminated, seeing as how there are 13 players.

 

Just saw it and had to point it out. Or maybe I saw it wrong.

Each time a monster is summoned, you can remove 1 Famine Counter from this card and place 1 Famine Counter on a face-up monster. A monster with a Famine Counter on it cannot declare an attack and it's ATK is decreased by 1000. When this card is destroyed, remove all Famine Counters on the field and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Famine Counters removed by this effect X 500.[/align]
