The Ritual Summon don't count like effect

but you can do a Ritual.But need the effect.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Divine Fire Art". Once per turn add 1 Magma Counter to this card (max. 5). Increase the ATK of this card by 300 for each Magma Counter on it. If this card has 5 Magma Counters on it during your Standby Phase, remove them and inflict damage to your opponent equal the highest ATK on the field. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, destroy cards on the field equal to the amount of Magma Counters on this card.

During each of your Standby Phases add 1 Flare Counter to this card (max. 5). Increase the ATK of all FIRE monsters on the field by 300 for each Flare Counter on this card. If this card has 5 Flare Counters on it during your End Phase, destroy it and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number on monsters on the field x300. Then, Special Summon 1 "Garku, Keeper of the Flames" From your hand or Deck.

Pay 2000 Life Points. Negate the activation of a Spell / Trap Card / Special Summon and destroy all cards on the field. During each of your and your opponent's Standby Phases you and your opponent take 500 damage if this card exists in your Graveyard.

The cards don't necessarily have to work together, do they?

[spoiler= Effect:]This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

- This card cannot declare an attack. Once per turn, place 1 Particle Counter on this card (max. 4).
