This one was a little confusing...

Discard your hand and destroy all other monsters on the field. Inflict 300 damage for each card that was destroyed by this effect.

I dropped the draw three cards thing because it was redundant.

This part was pointless.

 

Final remarks: Your pic is unoriginal, the effect is overpowered, there are a ton of redundancies, there are a ton of redundancies, and you seem to ignore spacing between sentences.

It was a poorly made card with no regard to what makes it realistic.

Okay, comment ohoy =D First off, the first phrase in the card suggests that you can only special summon it, but how? All the other earthbound monsters is normal 2 tributes monsters, so why should this one be different?

 

Anyway, as for it's effect, you don't mention when you can discard your hand, to draw 3 new cards, and burn your opponent for 300 damage for each card discarded, which I guess is what made Chaos345 say what he did. According to this texting, you can do it as many times as you want per turn, which is by itself an instant win. That is probably what he meant by becoming invincible.

 

By putting in that you can do it when he is normal summoned, then you can make it balanced, I think. Otherwise, it is a nice effect. But then again, I think you should lower it's ATK to 2500 - 2600 or something, or add in that he cannot attack if he used his 2nd effect on the same turn, because monsters that can both burn and attack at the same turn while having 300 ATK is a bit much ^^;

 

As for his second effect, burning 300 per card in your hand, I'd say that it is okay, if not a little bit over-the-top. If you have 4 cards in your hand, then you can burn your opponent for 1200 Lifepopints each turn, and currently, Yu-Gi-Oh hasn't made any conventional cards that lets you do that. I'm not sure what to do about this effect though, as tuning it down to 200 seems a little bit too low, so I suggest keeping it, and lower it's ATK or something, so that it is below 3000 ^^;

 

Anyway, otherwise, it is an unique effect, and I kinda like it, so good job there =D I hope you don't take my criticism too badly.

B. Make it only when it's summoned (The card discarding effect that is)

I think what they mean is, you should consider how power your ATK/DEF are when you give it its effect and vice-versa...check my earthbound immortal out. Hopefully, it will be some help to you...
