Select 1 monster your opponent controls. This card's ATK and DEF become equal to the selected monster's original ATK and DEF" I like the pic but it definitely not Yu-Gi-Oh card material and the effect is a copy of Copycat. You copy the Level, Attribute, and Type of a monster on the field. If by stats you meant only numerical values, then it would just be Copycat, with maybe Levels included.
