-Remove from play one card from your graveyard. Randomly choose a card in your opponents hand and destroy it, if it was a monster inflict damage to your opponent equal to its level x300.

-Remove from play three cards, destroy all face up monsters on the field (except this one) and inflict damage to their controlers equal to one quarter of their combined attack power.

You'll definately want Exchange of the Spirit for Feure then. Effect is ok, but there's an error: you said at the beginning the card can't be special summoned.

 

But then the last effect says if you special summon this card you can summon a lv5 or lower monster from your graveyard

must be a typo, it was supposed to be like junk sycrons effect but instead of a lvl 2 its lvl 5
