If "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder" is not on your side of the field, destroy this card. While this card is on the field, "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder" may attack all of your Opponent's Monsters. When "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder" destroys an Opponent's Monster in battle while this card is on the field, your Opponent must either discard the top 3 cards from his/her deck, or remove from play 1 card from his/her Extra Deck. (If the Opponent does not have an Extra Deck, they must discard the top 3 cards from their Deck.) When this card is destroyed, skip your next turn.
