A bit too high ATK and DEF (perhaps ATK/2000 DEF/2300?) and a bit too high level as well (maybe 6/7 would be better). Use this as the effect (less OGC): You can skip your Battle Phase and discarding 1 card from your hand to remove 1 of your opponent's monsters from play.
