It should be a level 9 or 10, its ATK should be around 3600-3650, and there should be unique effect. Maybe extra ATK points for whatever reason or add more dragons to the field. OCG: "This card can attack twice in the same Battle Phase." It's the most simple effect that could be wrote by someone, but you manage to make errors. From a level 3 member, I was expecting something better. Effect: The effect is simple, but it's just like Cyber Twin Dragon it can attack twice.
