Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Blackwing" monster from your hand or Deck and change the attack target to the Special Summoned card. I was bored, so I made more support for the already supported Archetype Black Feathers (Blackwings in TCG). I know I used TCG names in this card, but it sounded better.
