If this card is targeted by an opponent's card effect you may tribute 1 Dragon-type monster you control to negate the activation of that card and destroy it.I think that's right. 9.5/10 Great job. If this card would be destroyed as a result of a Spell or Trap Card effect, you can Tribute 1 Dragon-Type monster to keep this card in play."
