.Impact Posted June 25, 2009 Author Report Share Posted June 25, 2009 well guys if u think about it u could summon anything...such as a dark armed dragon which if u use a dark deck could wipe out ur opponents entire field each turn. So i would say its pretty balanced. Now if it was a a normal monster from ur hand...very UP. but with this u can someone a strong card weaken it a bit and then if ur opponent manages to destro it they get it. But wih a lesser attack which would not be very hard to destroy at all......huff...pufff....yea oh and the card u guys are talking about lets u special summon 1 level 5 or higher normal monster card from ur hand.
