Here are some pointers: lower ATK to no higher than 5500 After you enter in the Fusion Material monsters names, start a new line of text.eg: "blah" + "blah"effect effect effect...... unaffected by effects of...should beunaffected by the effects of... You need a better effect...Try something like a slightly better version of Cyber End Dragon's effect...but with a small change or two so that having blue eyes ultimate dragon makes sense...I can help you if you'd like.and you should change the attribute to light... Killey Posted June 24, 2009 Report Share Posted June 24, 2009 Typically, Level 12 monsters are reserved for Divine/Divine-Beast monsters. Making this a Level 10 or 11 would be more suitable, in my opinion unless you plan to make this a Divine-Type. A little questionable why this is a Dark monster when the Fusion Material monsters (both versions of the card) are Light Attribute monsters. The naming is subjective and Ultimate End Dragon is not a terrible name and in this case somewhat fitting but lacks originality because it is just a combination of 2 BEUD or BEUD & CED. After placing the Fusion Material Monsters you need to put the effect of a new line. Right now the effect is right after the material monsters making it look unauthentic. The effect is simplistic but too powerful, which sort of accomodates for the fact that you are fusioning 2 Fusion monsters that are hard to summon as is (especially with Cyber Dragon being limited to 1 per deck and relying on Light Hex Seal and Cyber Proto Dragon). However, even then it doesn't justify such a strong effect. In combination with his ATK/DEF getting 1 of these out is a game ender for your opponent. Despite all of that I can't quite see a practical deck build as you now have to combine Dragons & Machines and several fusion cards, which makes this rather impractical as is. Nope. I guess the "cool" thing to do now is make fun of new people to make up for their own shortcomings. If you are going to flame someone at least have good grammar and spelling. [/quote'] Yet Obelisk, Slifer and Ra are all Lv.10 monsters. And the Wicked Gods, Sacred Beasts, Earthbound Immortals, and Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon are all Lv.10.It seems Lv.10 is the level of the Gods and their challengers. Whereas, Lv.12 is the level of the ultimate fusions; Five-Headed Dragon, Blue-Eyes Ultimate and Dragon Master Knight, not DIVINE monsters. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I dont like the name because it sounds too much like CED+ annother machine, not BEUD. I'd recomend something more allong the lines of "Ultimate End Dragon" and, I think it would be fair to trash the "This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap Cards" bit and give it a more "this card kills itself and everything elce and your LP" idea.
