Tactical Commander's effect is "While this card is face-up on your side of the field, every monster on your side of the field gains 500 ATK and 200 DEF. If Tactical Commander is the only monster on your side of the field at the beginning of your turn, then all of your opponents effect monsters and Trap cards are destroyed, even if they are face down."

Okay thanks. Here's the correct OCG:

As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field, every monster you control gains 500 ATK and 200 DEF. At the End Phase of your turn, if Tactical Commander is the only monster on your side of the field, destroy all Trap and effect monster cards on your opponent's side, if they are face-down, flip them face-up (Flip effects are not activated at this time.).

I think that's right. 9.5/10

I also changed Tactical Commander's Effect to what Darkstar said.


The Rest of the Squad's Effect is "Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to your "Tactical Commander" as an Equip Spell Card, OR change it back to a monster in face-up Attack Position. When equipped to a monster by this card's effect, that monsters ATK/DEF is increased by 500, and all monsters on your side of the field increase their ATK/DEF by 1000 points. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the monster this card is equipped to is destroyed in battle, this card is destroyed instead.)"
