Denegoth
Just 100? Don't you mean 100 per card? 7.5/
jabber2033
You need to show us "Necrospirit," the card that summons it. As for the card itself, I don't think I would get banned. No one would have it in their deck because you'll lose the duel if you don't win on that turn. To make it more interesting, you might want the ATK to increase by 100 for each card sent to the grave by it's effect. Even still, it's a very interesting card. 10/10. Frogmon
Impossible to judge without the summoning card. However, if this were to become popular and semi-easy to summon then it'd simply give more reason to main roars.

Dryad
So lets see I got this straight:I am going to lose if I toss my entire deck into the Grave next turn and I am going to lose because my LP will become zero. wonderful... Just slap megamorph on this and BOOM! your opponent is done for... unless Threatening Roar or something else is used.

You either win during that turn or the game is over next turn. Thank you to everyone that commented and rated ^_^

♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
This card would be banned in the sense that you would be helping your opponent win in a tournament, and judges may take that as if you have been bribed beforehand. Which is illegal. If we're not talking about tournaments though, this wouldn't be banned, but it would probably be extremely useless, because there are a plethora of cards that could protect an opponent for that one turn. Would this card go well with a Deck that specialized in keeping spells and traps off the field? Royal Decree or Jinzo could do this. Spell Canceller would also help. ♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
The chance that you'll have a full set of field locking cards on the field simultaneously at the same time is slim to none. Besides, if you do have a full field lock with all those cards, you wouldn't need this, which goes back to the point that it's useless.
Silas Angel
I'd run this ;) It'd be very fun ^_^
♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
Oh, and also, if your opponent luckily has a full field of Defense Position monsters, your pretty much screwed. This card would be beaten by the most simplest of tactics.
Infinitus
What happens when that's the only monster on your field, and your opponent has 1 monster in defense mode? And you have no monsters in your hand?
Gogeta™
I guess this card couldn't be left alone on the field against an army. If you use the right cards you can utilize the cards effects. But most likely you'd only use this card in a last resort effort.
♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
And that last resort effort is very limited, especially if your opponent has even a couple of monsters on the field.
Silas Angel
Like I said, I'd use it for fun ^_^ When the duel doesn't matter to me at a certain point. Just whip it out and have fun with it! xD
SushiTheLegend
I'd say reduce your LP to 1 like the Immortal, otherwise nice card.
