When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, instead of sending it to the Graveyard, remove it from play. Then, draw until you have 5 cards in your hand. There. I helped you fix your OCG. Keep making cards ^^. This feels like Swift Gaia, except with an even better effect... You could purposely get him killed, just to get cards... Special Summon to face-up Defense Position FTW.
