This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 7 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play. As long as your opponent's Life Points are lower than your Life Points, this card cannot declare an attack. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play to have this card not be destroyed instead. During your Standby Phase, you can select and activate one of the following effects:

* Special Summon 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard regardless of that card's Summoning Conditions. That monster's effect is negated.

* Tribute 1 DARK monster to inflict 2000 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play to have this card not be destroyed instead. ----> Change it to "You can remove 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play to prevent this card from being destroyed."

 

And given the commonness of DARK attribute decks, 7 DARK monsters in the graveyard is not exactly a high cost anymore.

 

And tributing a dark monster to do 2000 pts of damage to your opponent is far too much, even if you remove that effect this card is still too OPed
