Delspencerdeltorro
You know how in the show they ALWAYS get the card they need. Well, real life isn't that nice, so here's how my friends and I make it more fun.
ragnarok1945
neat effect, but with no drawbacks it makes it too OPed 7/
yangninja
yeah I agree. The card seems pretty OP and will burn duels too fast. alsohe or she = That playerthat's just in my opinion
Delspencerdeltorro
I thought that since both players would benefit (and your opponent would be the first) that that was enough.
ragnarok1945
that doesn't matter, a drawback of this power is given to your opponent as well isn't enough
♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
Might want to make the second part: If a player has 5 or more cards in their respective hand during the Draw Phase, that player conducts his/her Draw Phase normally. This card is overpowered, in the sense that several decks are based on having a low amount of cards in the hand at one time.
Delspencerdeltorro
OK, OCG has been updated. Any suggestions for a drawback?
Exa Raiun
Actually, I know a TCG where a similar rule is used - not as a house rule, but as an actual rule. The problem is that Yu-gi-oh does not have a mana or similar to pay for the cards, so because of that, it would make the pace much faster than it should. Interesting idea, it would be interesting to see such in action.

I find it tough to get a good strategy rolling when playing normally, and I have even more trouble narrowing down my deck.
Exa Raiun
Curious. Maybe for such a house rule version, some alternative victory conditions would be interseting, like in that other TCG I mentioned (I imagined one related to the amount of Synchro / Fusion / Ritual Summons performed by a player).
