Tuner's need a lower lvl like 2, or else they are almost impossible to use in a Synchro Summon. 5/10

Excellent Light deck support card. The second part of the effect where you lose 300 ATK is kind of low... It'll never happen for a LONG time, and this card is probably only going to be used for two or three turns at max, so that effect is kind of useless.

 

On second thought, this card is overpowered. It's way too good of a Light support card. Make it at least 1500 Life Points, or Limit/Semi-Limit it or something. Every Light deck user would buy like three of them.

pay 300 LP just to discard 3 cards from your deck to the graveyard? Seems too low of a cost, I'd raise it to 1000 LP
