You're stating that its effect to Special Summon a monster activates when flipped by an opponent's attack, right? Well, what happens if you Flip it on your own? Then, Special Summon 1 monster from your hand whose Level is equal to the Level of the monster that declared an attack on this card. When the Special Summoned monster is destroyed, decrease your Life Points equal to the DEF of the monster. So people can stop talking about the OCG.
