There is a reputation system, which is thoroughly explain in a few of those threads. If you get a rep that you do not deserve or that you will complain for, there is a Rep Complaint Thread. But understand that if there is a rep that you hold that you deserve or the Super Moderators do not believe needs to be removed, will not be removed.

 

In four months, you will be allowed to change your username. The restrictions and conditions are explained here: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-93593.html . That is also where you request your name change.
