Select 1 DARK or LIGHT monster on the field and return it to its owner's hand then that card's owner selects 1 monster whose Level is equal to or lower than the returned monster in his/her Graveyard and Special Summons it to his/her field. Any monster Special Summoned by this effect increases its ATK and DEF by 500.

Ehhhh.... I kind of have a Second sight about it.

Increase the ATK and DEF of the Special Summoned monster by 500 until the End Phase of this turn."

8/10 I think that sounds better.

The returned monster's controller then selects 1 monster in their Graveyard whose Level Stars are equal or less to the Level Stars of the returned monster, and Special Summons the selected monster to their side of the field. Monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect gain 500 ATK and DEF until your End Phase.

 

I think that is the OCG fix. 8.5/10

I'm sorry to criticize you Max, but you only say "Controller" if the monster is on the field, you say owner's regarding hand, Graveyard and Deck.
