For example, what if you declare a monster card, and your opponent has no monsters in their hand? I would suggest, and this is only a suggestion, to give it a bit of a backfire. For ex: "If your opponent has no card of the declared type in their hand, discard one card randomly from your hand" Again, only a suggestion.OH by the way, Great Card!
