I am sorry the rules are as following

*the cards cannot be overpowered

*the cards must be entered by Monday July 6

* i don't understand the prize or entery fee so can someone tell what is meant by prize and entery fee

Next time, read the rules of this section to the extent that your contest makes sense, gives a clear end date and prize, and has rules.
