EliteKill Posted June 30, 2009 Report Share Posted June 30, 2009 Hi everyone! I wanted to "promote" my new Subtype so I decided to make this contest! What do you need to do? Design a card of the "Empowered" Subtype and submit it! How to make the cards? Easy! 1. Make your card as a normal Effect Monster (with the wanted Empower Effect) and save it.2. Use this guide to change the Subtype to "Empowered"3. Send me the card so I'll recolor it and you're in! Admission is free, prizes are: 1st Place: 25 Points+2 Reps2nd Place: 15 Points+1 Rep3rd Place: 7 Points End date: 10th July [spoiler=What is "Empowered"?]Empowered monsters are like a Fusion between a monster card and an Equip card(s). The effect of Empowered cards always start with the Materials for the card, and then the following: "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing the Empower Material monster equipped with the Empowering Spell Card(s). This card is unaffected by the effects of Equip Cards." The Empowered's ATK and DEF are equal to the original ATK and DEF of the monster with a small boost. The Empowered also gets the effect of the equip card if there is any. Empowered cards always end with this sentence: "If this card is removed from the field, Special Summon the Empower Material monster from your Graveyard."
