This card is overpowered because it can Special Summon pretty much any other monster to your side of the field with an ATK boost. Perhaps you should change it to any non-DARK monsters and scrap the ATK boost. (and the last part). As for the OCG: When this card destroys a non-DARK monster by battle, Special Summon that monster to your side of the field. Any effect(s) the Special Summoned monster has are negated.
