This Card can only be equipped to "Phoenix". Increase the ATK of the equipped Monster by 400. Select 1 "Phoenix" in your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. Your OCG is off, but considering you are a new member, it would be in the average, low-average range. Phoenix has a great picture, but it's ATK is way off. I like that you put "Winged Beast" instead of "Pyro" as you don't see very many of those. The card's effect is a bit strange, and although original, it seems out-of-taste for a level four monster. Phoenix Destiny has a great card picture, but I do not like the effect. It's not that the effect is bad or anything, it's just that usually equip cards aren't primarily ranged for a specific monster card. Maybe if you changed it to be able to be equipped to Fire Element or Winged Beast Type monsters it would be better. I would also check the OCG for other equip cards. Phoenix Rebirth again brings up the problem of cards given for specific monsters. You had OCG and real grammar errors, so I would suggest going back and fixing those or checking with a veteran member. There are Cards that can only be equipped to A Monster. I think that's acceptable for the Phoenix to have it's own support Card. I don't see any OCG errors in that Card.
