The Ultimate Galespire monster.Strong?,Overpowered? Let me know

Once again a galespire synchro, (maybe the last for a while i make to many). still enjoying making this set, taking a while it is hard to get the right images of what i'm looking for on google(probably anywhere). so i'm probably gonna do some spells and traps next.:D

When this card declares an attack, you must destroy 1 card you control. During your Battle Phase, if your opponent controls a monster after this card's first attack, this card can attack once again. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower then this ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card does not declare an attack, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase. This card's battle position cannot be changed until the end of the next turn, except with a card effect.

Thanks a lot for the rating :) BUT I actually got that OCG from actual cards, Goblin attack force and blackwing armed wing to be exact, so i think OCG is acceptable.

:( OP and this card's effect is unoriginal its just a bunch of other cards effects mashed together.
