I'm creating a new set - Return of the Toons. It will feature five new toons, four of which will be toon synchro monsters and one toon tuner (Toon Krebons, featured bellow).

Card text: If you control a face-up "Toon World", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When "Toon World" is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If you control a face-up "Toon World" and your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. When this card is selected as an attack target, you can pay 800 Life Points to negate the attack. If you control a face-up "Toon World", you don't have to pay Life Points for this effect.

It's not finished yet, as you can see, but it will be soon.

!!!Soon to come!!!

- Crystal Beast Toon Pegasus

What to expect in future sets:

In future sets you could expect cards like Toon Rose Dragon, Toon Armed Dragon and many more...

Everyone has forgotten that TOONS existed, so I wanted to bring them back :D.

Well, great card =D It's nice to see some toon support, as it is a really cool, albeit fragile deck-type. And if you drew this card yourself, then nice work!

As for his effect, I think you should perhaps remove the "If you control toonworld, you don't have to pay for this effect", as I think it makes this card a little over-the-top ^^; It's a toon monster that can survive without toon-world, it can negate attacks, and if Toon world is on the field, it can do it for free.

It lacks the usual toon restrictions that says that it can't attack on it's first turn, it has to pay lifepoints to attack, or it can't exist without toon world, so I'd say that the free attack negation is a bit too good ^^; What if you tuned it down to 400 instead or something?

Well, anyway, great job =)

-1 No color on monster

-1 No backround

-1 Blurry on the dangly part of his hat

-1 OCG Error:

you don't have to pay for this effect. = you don't have to pay Life Points for this effect.

-4 in all

6/10 Good job

No color' date=' background, blurry dangly part - I said it's not finished!! Have you even read my comments?

Even though I think that the OCG is OK, because it says you have to pay Life Points in the first part, and that adding once more "Life Points" is redundant, I'll change it...

Toons are Under-Powered, so I had to make some a bit OP to even out the UP... If you compare for example LS and Toons, you'll see a BIG gap between them.

Well, no, actually, they aren't that underpowered. They just have a too big dependency on Toon world. I tried to play some games against a friend once, where he didn't need to use toon world, and it turned out that toons are really, really strong. I'd say what they need are more cards that can help get toon world, substitute it, and protect it.

But yeah, if you compare them to Lightsworns, they are pretty unequal.

And by the way, great job on the drawing, and nice progress. Do you have a deviantart account by any chance?
