Card effect:

 

This card cannot be Normal or Set Summon. This card can only be Special Summon by paying 4000 of your LP. When this card is Special Summon, send all cards on the field, hand, and deck to the graveyard. Your opponent choose a monster and Special Summon that monster on their side of the field (regardless of the summoning conditions). This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for every card sent to the graveyard on your side of the field.

When this card is Special Summoned send all cards on your side of the field, hand, and deck to the Graveyard. Not that bad of a card, but not that great. The OCG's not that bad, just a few minor errors. You need to get another pic, and the effect seems almost balanced, I put it as 2000 below, seems a lot more balanced to me.

Not sure about the Nebula or the name mate...Interesting effect but needs a little work bit much with the 2000 LP cost...7/10
