This monster cannot be special summoned exept by removing from play 1 "Lugia" and 1 "Shadow Lugia". When out on the field no traps or spells can be activated. Prodigy101 Posted July 2, 2009 Report Share Posted July 2, 2009 I'd like to enter. Here is my card points have already been sent. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 Dragon-type monsters in your Graveyard from play. When this card is summoned select 2 zones on your opponent's side of the field these zones cannot be used as long as this card is on the field.
