<<Mind Surge>>

[align=center]Why yes I have been gone for a decent amount of time. Thank you for noticing.

Although I daresay its competitiveness doesn't show it, this is the first card in a while so I'm returning into the vibe and into the Metagame.

Used properly it's a POG.

huh. ;) if your opponent has 2 DARK monsters you discard two and draw two? if they declare DARK that is..

that is neat, and it allows your opponent the chance to destroy your hand. or, it can be luck if they have no monsters. And! this card is yet still balanced.

i must hand it to ya, this card is probably the most balanced draw card i have ever seen. ;)

Quite.

It rewards knowledge of the opponent's hand which can be gained as easily as a Trap Dustshoot - which coincidentally has a 4 card limit as well.

that was the first thing that came to my mind when i read this effect, as a matter of fact. ;)

it seems that you know what this meta could use, and i know that this card would be abused like crazy if it were here. ;) having cards sent from your hand to the graveyard isnt all that bad, you know. :D not all the time..

I miss Chevalier cards very much. Ever since the Counter-Fairy set, I've been waiting for something else. One of the very few people that I can be fairly certain that a good card(s) will appear just by the name. Hah.

Zombies eating this card up would be hilarious. Dustshoot, Mind Crush, Mind Surge? After being crushed, a mind will not surge very well, thus enabling MASSIVE DRAW TIME. Hell, just the drawing of 2 cards could still be abusive. Play it with only 1 card in hand, it still becomes no less than a 2-for-2. The strategies to set around using this card are pretty awesome.

Crazy good, I love it.

10/10.

Don't do that.

And me like lol. Little thrifty (in a good way) imo.

Wow, Chevz. What masterful OCG - you certainly seem to be coming up in the world! I wonder who helped you with it... xD

Anyways, like I said before, it's a nifty little piece of work that could be simultaneously abusable and underpowered. Somehow, I like that kind of tier-versatility.

All is said, but I can still tell you one thing, good job. :D

OCG looks good, except for one part: You wrote: "...Look at your opponent's and discard, from your hand, a number of cards equal of the number of monsters in your opponent's hand with the declared Attribute..."

You could just write: "...Look at your opponent's hand. For each monster with the declared Attribute, discard 1 card from your hand..."

Perhaps it should stand a, instead of 1 in my suggestion, but, blah!

You still get:
