And most of these cards start with "can be" grrr...its very annoying. One other thing, where in the world is "Kamen Rider Kiva"? he seems important to summon "Final Kamen Rider Kiva Emperor". Same thing with "Final Kamen Rider Ryuki Survivor", where is "Ryuki"? This set up is so broken, these cards ask for tributes that are not here. "Decade Driver"'s effect makes no sense.
