i was thinking more along the lines of gbs attack, they tag out, tag in, ss icey. next turn slight profit

 

or blackwings with shura can screw over otk if lucky.

The Special Summon takes place in the Damage Step, which locks Dragon Ice out.

It can be speaciled from the grave, meaning it can use itself as the cost

For synchro summoning or getting CCV fodder definetly. Plus its an Allure target

It's a bad Cydra with a discard cost. It's not even a remote beat stick. It sucks.
