Toon Support:

Taking a shot at making Toons worthy with some cards I made. I eventually plan on making a Synchro and other stuff, but I will get there when I get there.

First up:

Tooner!

64584q.jpg

Select 1 Toon Monster you control. Negate its effect and treat it as a Tuner. By removing this card in your Graveyard from play' date=' Tribute 1 Toon Monster you control and select 1 Tuner Toon Monster you control. By sending it to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck with a Level equal to the sent monsters Level(This is treated as a Synchro Summon). It cannot attack this turn.[/size']

Since alot of Toon monsters are high Level, like Toon Blue-Eyes, and such weak support, I thought that maybe using the 1 Toon Tuner, it would probably be a high Level monster, so it would make it a bit easier to Summon things like Stardust Dragon. You could Tribute any other Toon, use your Tuned Blue-Eyes to get a monster equal to its Level (8, like Stardust) making Synching easy. Not sure on the OCG in bits, oh well. Art by: Father Wolf.

Second:

Toon Kingdom

64584u.jpg

Pay 1000 Life Points to activate this card. This card is also treated as "Toon World" while its face-up on the field. Once per turn' date=' if you control no Toon Monsters, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Toon Monster from your hand. Toon Monsters you control can attack the turn they are Summoned. If this card were to be destroyed, you can send it to the Graveyard instead.[/size']

The image was off of a card that was never released and was used by Pegasus (however you spell it), and that was in the yugioh movie. This is also not the same effect as the one used by him. So I made this a Field Spell to be easily searched with great speed. It also gives an effect like Mummys Call. And it negates the negative effects of a Toon monster (can't attack the turn it comes out) and that if a "Toon World" is destroyed they are. Thats why I added [if this card were to be destroyed, you can send it to the Graveyard instead. So hope you like.

Third:

Toon Dark Magician of Chaos

64584g.jpg

This card can only be Summoned while "Toon World" is on the field. This card cannot attack the turn it is Summoned. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed' date=' destroy this card. When this card is Summoned, add 1 "Toon" card from your Graveyard to your hand. If this card destroys an opponents monster by battle, Special Summon 1 "Toon" monster from your hand. If this card is removed from the field, remove this card from play and destroy all monsters Special Summoned by this cards effect.[/size']

(Sorry for the blurry image)Almost a basic Toon monster, except, he cannot attack directly and only can be Summoned in "Toon Worlds" presence. Those restrictions were to keep him from being OP'ed. Then when he is Summoned, you'll get a card that has "Toon" in its name, which might be a monster, which can be used with the next effect. He has this Gigaplant for Toons effect, which helps you swarm. But when he is removed, the other Toons are destroyed. Image was found in google.

fourth:

Toon Master Zuzaru

64584t.jpg

1 Tuner Toon Monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

If "Toon World" is on the field' date=' switch this cards ATK and DEF. If "Toon World" is destroyed, destroy this card. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points and switch this card to Defense Position to Special Summon 1 Toon Monster from your hand or Graveyard. If you use this effect, this card cannot switch its Battle Position until your next End Phase. If this card were to be destroyed by a card effect, you can destroy 1 Toon Monster instead.[/size']

Oh look! A synchro for Toons. To Summon it, I restricted it to a Tuner Toon Monster (So far, only Tooner! can do such). Then it has a weak ATK, but good DEF, which switches while Toon World is in play, which it most likely is. Then, I balanced the "Summon another Toon" with the switch to Defense and pay 1000. Then I gave it some protection from effects, but not battle so that it could be easily destroyed. The source to this cards image is no longer, all I know is is that it was made by some one on YCM.

Last:

Toon Dynasty

64584z.jpg

When a Toon Monster you control attacks or is attacked' date=' you can negate the battle and Tribute it. Then Special Summon 1 Toon Monster from your Deck with a Level equal to or lower than the Tributed monsters, ignoring Summoning conditions. Then you take damage equal to half of the Summoned monsters original ATK.[/size']

The last card. This card really speeds up Toons at a fair cost. When at a certain condition, battle for these circumstances, you can negate the battle and get rid of the Toon for a new one, one with power equal to or less than its own. For the cost, you take damage equal to the monsters ATK (half of it). Art was by Diedra.

So I hope every body likes these cards. My next target: Rituals...

Well, Nice cards =D I really like the pictures, and the effects seem nicely thought out.

Just a little thing though. Tooner!'s second effect is kinda redundant, as it says that you can tribute 1 toon monster, and 1 toon-tuner monster to special summon a synchro monster with the combined level of the two, and it can't attack this turn. Why not just synchro-summon it the normal way using your new toon-tuner? Or another thing. The second effect of Tooner! only makes you send one monster to the graveyard (it tributes the other), yet you said that the level needs to be equal to the monsters

Also, you could try to get a better picture off from VG-cats for the Toon master Zuzaru. Also, I think that Zuzaru is pretty weak for a lvl 8 Synchro. Either give him a better effect, or better stats ^^; As it stands, his only effect is to have 2500 ATK (low) when toon world is on the field, and you can pay 1000 lifepoints and switch him to defense for 2 turns, to special summon 1 toon. Maybe if you remove the restrictions on the second effect, remove it's costs, or give him better stats ^^;

ANyway, great job =D

It can't attack, and yeah you can use it for a Synchro Summon then. And with it, you can Tribute 1 Toon Monster you control to activate its second effect, which is you send that Tuner Toon to the Grave and replace it with a Synchro of a Level equal to its exact level.

Pic doesn't really matter. And the ATK was made low so that it wasn't OP'ed. If I made it 3000, he would be incredibly hard to get through.

Hope that explains it. :)

and BUMP!
