What's the conceptual structure of his post? What is he trying to relay? That people find ways to make good decks, despite the banlist, and that if your deck wins 1/2, or even 2/3s of the duel(lolwut), then your deck should get hit by the list. If the list ever got to the point of being mostly skill related cards, cards that the most skilled players, who would win the majority of their games, would be banned. Eventually all decks would fall apart and the game would fail. Also, it's generally not the kill cards that make the decks cheap, so this entire idea of banning the kill cards is silly in the first place.
