During your Main Phase, you can return this card from the field to its owner's hand. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can remove 1 Eye Counter from this card to look at 1 face-down card your opponent controls, then return it to its original position. A bit overpowered (lower its attack to 1500 or raise its level to 5), but very good. I can't spot any OCG errors besides the title (don't use all caps). 9/10.
