Pay 300 Life Points, during each of your Standby Phases. If you do not, this card is destroyed. The Almighty Emperor Card Lore:When a monster with "Monarch" in it's name is selected as an attack target by your opponent's monster, can this card be only activated. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase place 1 Rage Counter on this card. If this card Battles, you can remove any number of counter on this card, decrease the attacking monster ATK equal than number of counter removed x200. As long this card is face-up on your field, increase ATK of all Beast-Type monster on your field by 300. [spoiler=Monarch Support] [spoiler=lore] If you control a "Monarch" monster on your field, by paying 1000 Life Points you can Special Summon this card from your Deck. If your opponent activate a Spell or Trap Cards that target 1 "Monarch" monster you control, you can negate the effect of the Spell and Trap Cards and destroy it. each time this effect is activated, decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 500. This monster can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 Water attribute monsters from play, from your field, or hand. When this monster destroys a monster in battle, you can put one counter on this card.
