You can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 2 "Frost Tokens" (beast/WATER/lvl 3/ATK900/DEF1000) in face-up defense position. These tokens cannot be tributed for a Tribute Summon unless that monster is a WATER monster. That's where you're wrong, only when the card is activated(effect), you can't summon monsters. Also it's suppose to be Beast-Type, not beast. Also it's meant to be Level not lvl. There's suppose to be a space between ATK and 900, but I can figure out that you didn't do it on purpose. Again, suppose to be Tributed. Next time you try to criticize someone's card and try to fix it.
