Narrow it down to destroying just a spell card because thats slighltly unfair because you can just discard a spell card then destroy their best monster =/ OCG fix: 1 Spellcaster-Type Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.When this card is succesfully Synchro Summoned, add 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand. Also, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls is not that creative, that are better cards that do this. But I like the last part of the effect :D It looks a little OP but it has a little ATK and DEF for its Level.
