New ritual exodia supposed to be overpowered

Effect: This card can be ritual summoned with the ritual spell card the five pieces of exodia by tributing 12 stars or more as a tribute.[once a turn] You can destroy up to three monsters with attacks over 1500 giving your opponent half of damage from the cards. This card is unaffacted by any basic spell or trap card such as trap hole or dark hole. When you destroy a monster with an attack of 1500 or more this card gains 200 attack points and defense points. Roll two dice. [two does nothing]If it is a 3, 1, or 4 destroy all cards on your opponents side of the field. If its a 5, or 6 destroy this card and get damage from its attack points.

terrible =/ 100% terrible. Bad OCG, bad effect and totally usless since you can just get the 5 pieces :[ no this is scrap heep material.

It is much harder to get the five pieces because; what will happen if you had to discard one?

Example: 7 cards 4 pieces of exodia one graceful charity, monster reborn, one high power 4 star monster

If you discard some there are cards that restore them back to your hand or field =/

True, but the parts can get destroyed by the time your opponent attacks with a 4 star or even 2 star monster.

Transmigration Prophecy, Exodious, Outstanding Dog Marrons, Pot of Avarice and Cockroach Knight are the only ones i can think of

exodia siphoned, so it's not impressive. Effect is bad too, it's not like that's the ONLY card that sends cards from your graveyard back to your deck
