I don't know if this is the new OCG, because I haven't been keeping up with the card game, so I might be wrong when I correct you when I say: OCG fixes: 1. "Activate only if you control no cards". You put controls.2. I don't think you need "you" in "and you recieve 2000..." Other than that, it's an alright pic, and the effect is kind of dull, no offense. I'll give you an 8/10. In your second sentence it says(well what it says), if you can only activate it if you control no cards then how can you Special Summon if there are no monsters on the field. Going back to your first sentence, if there are no cards in your control, then how can you special summon an amount of monsters if that amount depends on the number of monster on the field.
