If this card is destroyed by battle you can Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower DARK monster from your Deck. If you control 2 face-up "Commisioner of Darkness" you can Release up to 3 monsters on your field in order to add add 1 "Dark Armed Dragon" from your Deck to your hand.
