[spoiler= Main Plot]Will of the Shinobi takes place 100 years after the Naruto Series so all the main characters that we loved are now gone forever although their grandchildren live on. The world is currently at a bitter peace but anything could trigger a war at this point as the a deadly disease runs wild in the world. Civilization is near its breaking point and the Shinobi villages are trying to hold all together just within their own country. Life outside the Shinobi villages is horrible as food is low and you won't know who will try to kill you for a slice a bread. All Ninja are on full alert for a riots and revolts. Is thise disease destroying the world a simple natural mutation or has someone released it upon the world. Do you have the will of the Shinobi to handle this world?

History:

((i suck at making a history)so i taking my time to write it)

 

 

Bloodline Abilities:

If you are born in the clan there is a 1/4 chance of the bloodline limit. People with the bloodline limit have the ability to manipulate water. To successfully manipulate the water users do the ram hand seal, close their eyes and concentrate to either gather moisture from the air to create water or find water from the environment (including siphoning from trees or if there is water around). The more water the user gathers the harder it is to manipulate because the user is forced to concentrate more to keep the water under manipulation. While the person is manipulating water they are very prone to ninjutsu and taijutsu unless the water protects the user first. The user can also shake the water at extremely high speeds to increase friction thus increases heat by alot or a little although this is very difficult as the user must control the water to accelerate at an insanely high speed, stop then repeat in the opposite direction with different parts of the water. Also the user is capable of condensing the water so it becomes incredibly hard to defend yourself. Water manipulation is incredibly difficult to master often people die without ever mastering it. Another thing is about this jutsu is that it constantly drains chakra depending on the amount of water the user is manipulating, so in a battle the water manipulation generally lasts for 10 minutes so the user will have to try and finish the battle quickly.

Jutsu Name: Aquatic pulse

 

Rank: C

 

 

 

Range: Touch

 

Element: Water

 

Description:The user does the hand seals and charges their finger tips with chakra. The user has to touch the opponent with all finger tips and pulses chakra into the opponents bodies and this relaxes the opponent and changes the brainwave so that the opponent begins to sleep walk. While in this state the opponent will have no control of what they say or do so basically u have a sleeping slave. This jutsu is useful for finding out information or as a party prank :P. It would be best to immobilize the target before using this.

This jutsu can be done without the Mizusoujuu bloodline, it is just easier for those with it.

Handseals: Horse, rat, dragon.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jutsu Name: Aqua weapon

 

Rank: B (because it involves shape manipulation)

 

Type: Ninjutsu

 

Range: close range

 

Element: Water

 

Description:The user inputs the handseals and exerts some chakra to mould nearby water into a weapon, hardens it and grabs it. The weapon constantly drains chakra from the user although it has an ability that makes up for it, every time the enemy is it by the weapon or touched by it, it also drains their chakra into the weapon and lessens the chakra that the weapon leeches from you. The jutsu lasts until the weapon's chakra source dissipates. Often the user will make a spear because it is a very easy weapon shape to maintain but the most experienced users of this jutsu will be able to make more elaborate weapons such as a bow.

This jutsu can be done without the Mizusoujuu bloodline but is done best by those with the bloodline.

Handseals: Ram, horse, ram, dragon.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jutsu Name:Water Manipulation: Aqua crush

 

Rank: A

 

Type: Kinjutsu

 

Range: short to medium up to 10m

 

Element: Water

 

The user does the hand seals and then holds it on tiger for the duration of the jutsu. The jutsu requires the user to control the water around the opponent to touch him and uses water manipulation to control the opponents body ( the hold can be escaped by surge of chakra used by opponent) and freezes him/her then making objects with water in it or water fly at the opponent. This jutsu uses alot of chakra and constantly drains from when you start manipulating your first particle of water generally this jutsu will be used to kill the opponent as it drains chakra at a fast rate usually giving the user around 30 seconds. The jutsu also requires alot of concentration because it requires the user to manipulate several objects at once. If the user does the jutsu and misses then he/she is f'd.

 

Handseals: Ram, horse, dragon, monkey, dragon, tiger.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jutsu Name:Water Manipulation: Aqua wings

 

Rank: B or A

 

Type: IDK

 

Range: no range

 

Element: Water

 

Description:The user inputs the seals and holds it on dragon till the wings are attached to the users body, this jutsu like others starts to drain chakra the moment the water manipulation starts so the user must rush to gather enough water needed for the wings. Once the user has gathered enough water the user will begin to mould the water into the shape of wings

 

Handseals: Monkey, ox, bird, ram, dragon.

Becaus of this he spent most of his life alone. he has had many hart time even befor his family left, because of this he shows little negitive emotions (Anger, Sad, Fear), he still shows positive emotions, he laugh's alot even when nothing funny happened, and he enjoyes making jokes However he always takes a fight serious.
