You and your Opponent discards all the cards in your hand and select 1 card from your Graveyard and add it to your hands. After that, you and your opponent select 1 card from your decks with the same name as that card and add it to your hand. If you or your opponent can not, draw 1 card from your deck instead. Both players discard their cards to the Graveyard, then each player can select 1 card in their respective Graveyards and add it to their respective hands. Then each player can add 1 card from their respective Decks with the same name as the selected card to their respective hands. It seems like just a complicated way to add cards to your hand to me, and could be overpowered. However since your opponent can do the same, it's balanced.
